When sending any item to us, please include a cover letter with your:-
- Name, Full Address, Email Address and Contact Number
- Your reference number provided by us
- If known, the weights of each carat enclosed in the parcel
- Preferred method of payment (pay pal or cheque)
When we receive your items we will accuratley weigh and test all items. A detailed list of your items and the scrap value will then be emailled back or we will contact you by phone.
